We provide Shopify store design services, including customization, development, and ongoing support. The details and scope of services will be agreed upon in a separate contract for each project.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual contracts. A deposit may be required before work begins, and the full payment is due upon completion of the project. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and other materials required for the completion of the project. Delays in providing these materials may result in delays in the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and code created during the project are the intellectual property of Kuuodn until full payment is received. After payment, the client will receive the rights to the final design.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of using our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment of any completed work.
